  Good food, lengthy menu, and slippery floors. That is the typical Cheesecake Factory experience regardless of which location you go to. Always solid for a good meal. Portions are always quite large, so go hungry. At the White Plains location, I have been going there for years and have noticed that the service level has fallen off quite a bit. Still adequate, but the servers used to be terrific. I also don't like the fact that you sometimes have to wait 30 minutes and then, when walking back to your table, find that the restaurant is 20% vacant. They do not accept reservations, so I'm not sure if it is a fake wait time to make it seem like the hip spot in town, or if they are just routinely understaffed.

  By far the worst Cheesecake Factory I've ever been to. The hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait. we checked in after 30 minutes and the hostess Kaity told us there was only one person ahead of us so we would be seated soon. Our buzzer went off so we went inside where we waited some more. I watched as the hostess put 5 familes in front of our menues (it was just 2 of us). When we asked her why, she completely ignored us and turned her back to us. Then we were seated and our service was just as horrible, our waiter Miguel was too busy flirting with the waitress that was hanging out by the bar. Our guacomole appetizer took over 20 minutes to make it to our table. We then called manager Kevin from our cellphone to our table and told him about our terrible experience where he just replied simply "oh I'm sorry, I will speak with them". About 5 minutes later, Kaity came by and touched two chairs while she looked us up and down. Completely unprofessional and immature. Will NEVER come back to this location ever again.
