  Horrible! Other than store cleanliness and lack of outstanding customer service which diminished the customer's experience. I waited in a line of customers, who I noticed weren't greeted pleasantly nor smiled at, that were treated as transactions. The partners on the floor, 3 all female failed at making eye contact, ensuring the orders were accurate and were not very well dressed. As a well known company who is known for their remarkable delivery of customer service, the customer's should have this promise delivered in whichever Starbucks they decide to go to! Versus favoring one over the other. I do not recall anyone names visible on their wrinkled aprons either. I will call this matter in.

  The store has some really good people that have to deal with random surges in volume.
  
  Relatively recently they remodeled the store. They really need to expand it, even if by only a few hundred square feet.
  
  Remember the end of the movie, "Trading Places" that took place on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange?
  
  When it's really crowded, that's what it feels like when you're trying to get your drink.
  
  So my 2-star ding is at management not getting a properly-sized location.
